My sweet little Elise has been matched with her adoptive family. My prayers have been answered!! Her new name will be Khole. Such wonderful news and I am so very happy for her new family. What a blessing!

The way we were meant to eat! Very informative and helpful with making the right food choices. Basically, 'eat real food', whole food with minimal processing. I, myself have been processed carbohydrate and refined sugar free for almost a year now and have never felt better! A gripping and very haunting story. After reading this book, I will certainly not being sending my son away to boading school ;) (***)
